I bought this tin bowl and lid at a eng show for a dollar, and with some charcoal and choped up apple
i did some smoked shrimp worked great. Shrimp was marinated in a salt brine for a bit. I used a large hub cap from a chevy flat bed truck to hold the charcoal to protect my new tin bowl.
